The Mulligan Law is proud to announce the launch of their new law website. This website is an extension of the Mulligan Law’s promise to provide excellent communication with their clients.
The new website will also serve to facilitate future clients in finding the Mulligan Law Office, which handles cases as diverse as finance & security law, business and estate planning.
Mulligan Law’s attorneys are admitted to practice in all of the State Courts in Ohio, Michigan and New York in Addition to this U.S. Federal District Courts in the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts. They are also admitted to practice in Bankruptcy Courts. Their dedication is to offer personal service to each and every one of their clients and to always act only on behalf of client’s very best interest.
The Mulligan Law was established by Jerry Mulligan in 1994. Mr. Mulligan has dedicated his career as an attorney to fighting for the people and ensuring that every one of his clients receives compassionate, dedicated, and excellent representation. He knew from the moment he stepped into law school that his goal was to defend the people of the State of Michigan in the most challenging time of their lives.
Jerry Mulligan was born and raised in Miami and moved to Michigan. He has maintained an energetic and dynamic approach that has consistently contributed to his success as a lawyer.
While attending college and law school in Michigan, he maintained high standards of academic excellence and was very active in sports. Jerry graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan and was the president of Phi Delta Phi at the University of Michigan Law School.
Jerry began his career in law in 1987 when he joined the Morgan & Morgan; he stayed there through 1988. He shifted his focus toward defense of the indigent in 1988 and joined the Office of the Public Defender in Jacksonville, FL. He opened his own private practice in 1994 as a business lawyer.
