Tan has experience in directing and managing a team of customer service agents having over 10 years of experience with aspects of the job such as creating communication materials, creating training materials, installing as well as implementing company KPI’s to ensure the highest standards are being met. This experience will ensure the staff of Intelligent Technical Solutions has been trained to provide consistent customer support.

While Jenan Tan has over ten years of experience in human resources with former employers, she also has over four years of experience working with customer service in a call center capacity and training others in communication and leadership skills and abilities.
