Active Duty RX™ today announced the release of results from an independent Quantitative Electroencephalogram (qEEG) Cognitive Impact Study, revealing significant improvements in cognitive performance and stress response among post-combat veterans following short-term use of Active Duty RX™ Clarity + Focus ES.

The observational study evaluated five veteran participants using qEEG brain mapping to measure neurological activity before initial product use (M1) and again after seven days of consistent use (M2). Quantitative EEG technology provides objective measurement of brainwave activity—including Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta frequencies—allowing researchers to assess changes in cognitive function, alertness, relaxation, and stress regulation.

The purpose of the study was to evaluate whether Clarity + Focus ES could support improvements in cognitive efficiency, executive function, memory performance, and stress handling over a short-term period. By analyzing changes in brainwave patterns, the study sought to determine whether the formulation offered measurable neurological benefits to participants.

Key Findings: Cognitive Improvement and Stress Reduction

Results from the study were consistently positive across all five participants. After just seven days of use, participants demonstrated significant improvements across multiple cognitive domains:

• Cognitive Efficiency increased by 60%, reflecting faster and more effective information processing. • Executive Function improved by 61%, including gains in attention, decision-making, and problem-solving.

• Memory performance—including short-term, working, and long-term memory—improved by 86%. • Stress levels decreased by 104%, indicating a substantial reduction in stress-related neurological activity.

qEEG brainwave analysis revealed favorable shifts associated with improved relaxation, heightened alertness, and enhanced stress resilience. These neurological changes suggest improved balance across key brain regions associated with cognition and emotional regulation.

James Johnson, Co-Founder of Active Duty RX, commented on the findings:

“What makes this study compelling is that we observed objective, measurable changes in brain activity in a very short time frame. The qEEG data reinforces our belief that Clarity + Focus ES can support neurological efficiency, cognitive performance, and stress regulation without relying on stimulant-based or habit-forming approaches. These early results are especially meaningful for the veteran community.”

In parallel with this independent qEEG evaluation, Dr. Tristan Lai, MD, Co-Founder of Active Duty RX, is currently conducting an additional clinic-based study within his medical practice. This ongoing study is designed to further evaluate neurological, cognitive, and stress-related outcomes associated with Active Duty RX formulations under clinical observation. Findings from this clinic-based evaluation are expected to be released upon completion.
