SAN DIEGO, CA The International College of Holistic Studies now offers the Computer and Network Technician (CNT) Certification program. The International College of Holistic Studies (ICoHS) is a nationally accredited non-profit school in San Diego, California.
The Computer Network Technician certification program (CNT) gives graduates the skills needed to implement, manage, and troubleshoot network and security issues. 5 core certifications & accreditation’s comprise the CNT program, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional, and MTA (Microsoft Technology Associate). These certifications are the foundation for a career in IT. With experience and additional training a IT professional can seek a career in help desk & support services, human resources, systems & enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and telecommunications.
ICOHS is committed to helping Active Duty Military and Veterans transition into civilian life. The school is awarding a $3000 scholarship toward the Computer Technician Program for the 2019 academic school year. Other Veterans educational benefits that can be used in addition to the scholarship include the Montgomery GI Bill (Chapter 30), Post 9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33), Dependence Education and Assistance Program (Chapter 35), and Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Program (Chapter 31).
The school was founded in 1984 by Doug Peterson as the Institute of Health Sciences. In 1990, the name of the school was changed to The School of Healing Arts, and subsequently to its current name of the International College of Holistic Studies. During the 30 years it has been open and operating, ICoHS has prepared thousands of graduates from around the world for rewarding careers working in cybersecurity, IT systems, luxurious resorts, day spas, sports clubs, and medical offices. Some have also gone on to start their own businesses.
