After a great run and near perfect gameplay by his opponents, Ian Perez continues to show why he's one of the favorite dart players in the Philippines.

The professional dart ace (Ian) Christian Perez of Koronadal City, Philippines has been on a tremendous winning streak, and is admired and respected by his Filipino fans. His run was cut short after a loss in the preliminary round of the 2015 PDC World Darts Championship earlier this year. During the match Christian Perez played Spain’s Cristo Reyes in the preliminary round and lost 0-4 in legs.

Christian Perez was quite successful in the three-day PDC South Asian Qualifier in Malaysia back in September 2014. He earned a slot for the World Darts Championship when he won 5-2 over Bryan Eribal. This year marked his third trip to the World Darts Championship within the last five years. The victory also gained Perez the title of being the “Official Representative of South Asia” in the world’s most prestigious annual dartfest.

Rated as number one in the National Dart Federation of the Philippines, Ian Perez was the first Filipino to post a victory in the world tilt during his first appearance in 2009 where he beat Alexis Toylo in the semifinals. Although he was unsuccessful in the 2015 PDC World Darts Championship, Christian Perez is hopeful that he will be back again next year.
