Houston management consulting firm Ionji Consulting have announced their next industry roundtable.
The event will take place in early August and will focus on the transportation sector, specifically the sector servicing the Oil & Gas and Construction industries. This is a sector that has faced unique challenges in recent years and the event will enable a select group of industry leaders to discuss the issues and opportunities they continue to face.
According to the CEO of Ionji Consulting Houston, Fred Melenchuk, this type of informal but structured setting has many benefits. “Most business leaders think that at least some of the issues they face are unique,” he said. “But in my long experience mentoring business leaders this is not often the case. The opportunity to get together and discuss issues in a small, informal but structured setting is therefore invaluable. It not only helps both to identify solutions to problems but also opportunities which might otherwise go unrecognised.”
This roundtable is expected to be more beneficial than just a peer discussion. since, in addition to the business leaders taking part, Ionji Consulting also intend to have the attendance of two national experts in addition to that of Fred Melenchuk himself. This will allow the discussion to focus on three key areas; Branding/Marketing, Tax and Tax advisory, and Business Process Improvement and Optimization. These are specific areas that Ionji consulting have seen businesses needing practical assistance in.
“We have structured this event so that all those participating will come away with clear strategies and tactics they can put into practice to continue growing their businesses,” said Fred Melenchuk. “This s a unique opportunity for owners in the transportation industry to discuss their specific issues with their peers and experts from other sectors. We expect the benefits to be large.”
Ionji Consulting are management consulting specialists with more than 30 years experience in mentoring business leaders and their teams on developing the right people, processes and systems to drive their companies forward and optimize profit.
The roundtable event is free to attend but places are limited to ensure that participants get the maximum value. Anyone interested in taking part should contact Fred Melenchuk as soon as possible on (832) 981 5351 or at http://www.ionjiconsulting.com/houston
