Head to Heart Restoration Ministry now provides counseling services for both Karis Health Choice and Sedera Health. Members of these medical cost share organizations receive three counseling sessions per year at no cost and discounted rates for any additional sessions from the Head to Heart Counselors.
Karis Health Choice and Sedera Health members are able to access counseling by phone, through Skype sessions and with traditional face-to-face office appointments. In office counseling in the central Texas area is available at one of three locations: Round Rock, Austin and Cedar Park. Counseling is held in a safe, comfortable home-like atmosphere. This allows the counselee to feel more relaxed and at ease.
All Counselors at Head to Heart Restoration Ministry are Certified/Licensed by the National Christian Counselors Association. Counseling services are available for couples, individual adults, families, teens, children and groups. Counseling services are available in both English and Spanish. Plus, the Head to Heart Restoration Ministry staff is also available for guest speaker presentations for churches, organizations, classes and retreats.

Traditional counseling is mainly backward looking, focusing on hurts, wounds, and life issues of the past. Head to Heart offers Pastoral counseling and life coaching which are forward looking: helping clients set goals, and get “unstuck” from confusion and lack of purpose.
Pastoral counseling ministers to the whole person: spirit, soul, and body using ethical counseling techniques in combination with biblical principles. Individuals work with one of the Head to Heart counselors to resolve issues, achieve peace and develop plans, strategies, and goals to help them move forward and be able to achieve their full potential.
