The 30 Day Challenge was created and launched with the purpose and intention of making positive lifestyle changes easier and more accessible to people on the move.
The course focuses on various areas of personal life such as values, goals and lifestyle and has been curated for individuals interested in cultivating and committing to a happier life.
The 30 Days to a Happier Life Mini-Course is comprised out of Happiness Lessons sent directly to the customer through emails, as well as the option to receive the lessons via audio. Lessons are scheduled and sent daily and directly to the customers inbox in short and easy to follow packages.
The lessons on offer by the 30-Day Challenge are compact and require minimal effort; designed to be easily integrated into each individual’s lifestyle.
