The Brooklyn-based driving catering company STUF'D has recently expanded its options, with the possibility of creating a custom menu for holiday parties in Greenpoint and other Long Island neighborhoods. All food is prepared in the food truck, making it possible to serve piping hot food even if there's no kitchen on-site.

The latest expansion comes as the busy holiday season is around the corner, with Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas coming up. STUF'D takes on both large corporate events and backyard parties for family and friends.
"STUF'D specializes in offering a variety of cocktail bites, ranging from our more casual slider options on our signature challah to elegant hors d'ouerves prepared in our food trucks," a company spokesperson said.
With the upcoming holiday season, gourmet catering service STUF'D has updated its party menu and expanded its reach to meet the diverse needs of clients in New York City, Long Island and New Jersey. STUF'D's food trucks can deliver an array of culinary options direct to private and public venues. Covering key locations such as Greenpoint, Garden City, Oceanside, Hewlett, Franklin Square, and Syosset, the company ensures that every event, whether in the heart of the city or the quiet of the suburbs, is catered with memorable and exquisite food options.
While most holidays are associated with gathering around a meal, Thanksgiving especially brings the mind to specific dishes like turkey and cranberry sauce. However, a 2019 survey revealed that over 25% of 2,000 Americans are tired of traditional Thanksgiving food. 45% said that they had already started to change up the menu, and 35% went out to eat. The main reasons for this shift stemmed from a will to have a more relaxing holiday and to keep things more low-key.
Whether for Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas, STUF'D can serve traditional flavors in an updated form or create altogether new menus. Some popular dishes the team has served include maple Buffalo chicken bites, cheeseburger sliders, mini empanadas, lobster rolls, and filet mignon crostinis.

Rebecca Mitchel started STUF'D food truck in 2016, and the company has since developed its catering business, now taking on everything from corporate events and weddings to intimate birthday gatherings. Depending on the menu, STUF'D can serve 200-250 servings per hour.
The team has a 200-250-mile radius from Brooklyn but can travel further in certain cases.
