Shape Medical Center was founded in the spring of 2013 when founder, Vicki Filz, resigned her position at a local Grand Junction plastic surgery practice to step out on her own. Over the past 5 years, Shape has seen significant growth in both patients and staff. In 2017, Shape expanded 70 miles south, opening a satellite office in Montrose, CO.
Since its inception in 2013, the company has been providing a full spectrum of both medical and cosmetic dermatology solutions. Now in its fifth year, Shape Medical Center has become a leader in western Colorado, passing their unique perspectives and in-depth knowledge onto their customers.
“Shape Medical Center has experienced steady growth over the past five years,” said Filz. “As we move forward, our focus will remain on offering an exceptional customer experience, and delivering expert level results for our patients.”
Over the past five years, Shape Medical Center has been successful at evolving to different market forces and conditions. The company has positioned itself to continue to serve western Colorado and eastern Utah well into the future.
“As the population gets older, the concerns and effects of aging have really come to the forefront. People are searching for anti-aging solutions.” said Filz. “Providing these solutions to help my patients feel better, and developing close relationships is really what I love about this business.”
Shape works with its patients to identify needs and provide solutions in an efficient and effective manner. In-depth knowledge, client education, and exceptional customer service has been a winning combination for Shape over the last five years.
The Shape Medical Center team consists of an experienced dermatology consultant, a massage therapist, and registered nurses who provide a wide range of services to their clients throughout western Colorado and eastern Utah.
