Goldrich Kest Earns Top Honors From Nat’l Affordable Housing Management Assn

One of Southern California's top real estate companies, Goldrich Kest, will be the recipient of the 2020 National Affordable Housing Management Association Award for having the most newly certified “Communities of Quality” in 2020. They offer a wide range of services not typically offered.

Culver City, Calif-based Goldrich Kest will be the recipient of the 2020 National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) Award for having the most newly certified “Communities of Quality” in 2020l. The award will be presented at a virtual ceremony to be held in March 2021. Goldrich Kest, one of California’s largest and most successful privately-owned real estate investors, builders and property managers, owns and operates 65 affordable housing communities primarily in California that serve low-income families, seniors and those with disabilities.

The award is based on a stringent set of criteria that take into consideration the health and safety standards of each property; financial solvency of the company; staff credentials; programs and services offered to its residents; endorsements by local governments, state agencies, residents and staff; and visual verification and reports for each property.
