The increase in property values in Fulham, though slight, is positive news for potential property sellers in the area.
Director at Lawsons & Daughters, Brian Corson, said: “Demand for property in Fulham continues as property values rise, albeit at a slower rate. A prime London property location, Fulham remains a safe option for buyers and investors alike, while the figures show that it is as good a time as any to sell.”
Fulham sits in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in south-west London. It is jam-packed with gastro pubs, bars, upmarket boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and shops, while its Thames-side location is also a draw. Good transport connections and proximity to multiple parks makes Fulham a popular place to live for families and young professionals alike.
