Millimeter Wave Products’ 521 series and 524 high-power series fixed attenuators brings to market a range of units suitable for testing and other uses in applications that depend on accurate attenuation levels in millimeter wave and microwave radiofrequency transmission lines.
Millimeter Wave Products calibrates each fixed attenuator to specified frequencies achieving accuracy within 0.1 dB, or one percent.
Depending on the application, engineers require fixed attenuators in a range of frequencies. Millimeter Wave Products components are available in waveguide bands from 8 to 220 gigahertz in attenuation values up to 30 dB for each band.
Available waveguide bands include (in sequence by frequency) K, Ka, Q, U, V, E, W, F, D, G, H, and J. For each waveguide band, the units are available in low-, medium-, and high-power handling versions ranging from 0.3 watts to 150 watts.
Millimeter Wave Products fixed attenuator units are H-plane referenced.
