According to the report, the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet is the only one of its kind where people can benefit from fasting while being able to eat. The diet comes in the form of a package containing all that is needed for the fast, including energy drinks, teas, a meal reference card, and small packets containing the foods to be eaten.


The expected results of the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet are enhanced performance, fat-focused weight loss, enhanced cellular renewal, and a healthy metabolism. The program is also known to promote anti-aging effects.


In the report, Josh journals his daily experience while on the diet and the results. Being a constant coffee consumer, the health and fitness expert noted that the first day was the hardest since he was forced to withdraw from coffee.


According to the report, by 4 PM on the first day, the results of the sudden caffeine withdrawal took effect as Josh experienced a severe headache. On Day Two, the Quantify Fitness founder reported feeling sluggish after lunch and dinner time, which he surmised to be additional effects from the caffeine withdrawal. He did, however, note experiencing relief from the headache. The second day also saw Josh’s body reaching optimal ketosis.

The report highlights that on the third day of the fast diet, Josh recorded that his energy levels were back to normal. For the first time since beginning the diet, he began craving foods other than what was provided in the Fasting Mimicking package. This occurred on Day Four and continued on Day Five.
