Employers can learn how to maximize and claim their pandemic relief funds through the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) rebate program, using a new guide released by ERTC Guy.

-- The owners of small and medium-sized businesses can use this new guide launched by ERTC Guy to determine if they can qualify for pandemic relief funds and to claim the maximum allowable rebate for their business before the deadline.

More information is available in the full article, which can be accessed through https://ertcguy.com/employee-retention-tax-credit-guide/

Using the ERTC program, employers may still be able to claim as much as $26,000 per employee in IRS rebates, with no upper limit on funding. This new guide details simple methods for maximizing and claiming these rebates, even if the business has already received loans through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

To qualify for rebates, the author explains that employers must have had at least 4 W-2 employees on the payroll during the pandemic, and their business must have been negatively affected by it in some way. This can include suffering financial losses compared to previous years, closing temporarily for government-ordered lockdowns, or reducing indoor capacity to comply with health and safety advice.

While the guide provides detailed explanations and examples of the entire application process, it also includes a link to a third-party service run by ERTC application specialists. To access this program, and have their application completed by the ERTC team, employers must first complete the no-cost, no-obligation eligibility assessment, found at the top of the article.

This fast assessment asks only 10 questions and does not require any proprietary business information. After completing the assessment, employers will receive an estimation of the amount they may be able to claim in rebates and will be given the option to speak to an ERTC application specialist to complete and file their claim.

Businesses that have already received funds through the PPP may now also qualify for ERTC rebates, however, employee wages used to receive PPP loan forgiveness cannot be used in these ERTC claims, according to the guide. Unlike the PPP, these rebates are not a loan, never require repayment, and have no restrictions on how they can be spent.
