In an update to the popular aesthetician training programs from the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (844-337-6975), nearly any student can now qualify for Basic training, with no previous experience, courses, or qualifications, other than a high school diploma.

-- The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy has just approved a new update to its popular training programs for aestheticians and MedSpa workers, which allows students with no previous experience to become fully trained, certified, and ready to enter the workforce, in as little as 8 weeks.

More information about Dermysk Academy training options, laser skin treatment course prerequisites, and registration for the Basic training can be found at https://academy.dermysk.com/

This Basic training course provides new aestheticians with a working knowledge of the MedSpa industry and the skills required to perform up to a dozen of the most popular medical aesthetic techniques, either from a clinic or a home spa. The latest updates allow students to complete the majority of this training from their own homes, although a certain amount of in-class practical training is still required.

When starting a new course, students will first be given access to the online educational modules, which can be completed at their own convenience, with no time constraints. After completing the online lessons, students can schedule their practical training at any Dermysk Academy location across Canada for the hands-on portion of the class.

This in-person training allows the Dermysk team to work closely with each student to ensure they have a thorough understanding of each procedure and real-world experience performing them on actual clients. Every graduate from the Dermysk Academy should be ready to enter the workforce immediately, either in a MedSpa or from a home clinic.

All graduates will be enrolled in the Dermysk Academy’s after-graduate support program, which helps to connect new aestheticians with work opportunities and build their industry connections. Students may also return at any time for additional training if they wish to expand their skills, using the Dermysk Advanced class.

While the Advanced course is not required to work in a MedSpa, it provides certification for certain highly complex techniques, which are not available in many clinics. This may include stem cell treatments, body sculpting, and laser gynecology, as well as a wider range of individualized business strategies and clinic management techniques.

One recent graduate explained, "I appreciate the amazing instructors and very nice salon space. Everyone here does their best to help you be comfortable and ready to work in the industry."
