“John recently received certifications as a Water Resident Technician; Applied Structural Drying Technician and Odor Control Technician. This qualifies him to work in disaster restoration jobs for water, smoke, and fire. John is also a volunteer firefighter for two local fire departments and has been part of our ServiceMaster team about a year,” Lanzilotti continued.
Each certification achieved by Fee involved hours of training in specific disaster assessment and mitigation methods. Stringent corporate protocols and testing ensure standardized processes are followed to fully mitigate further damage and restore property to pre-loss condition.
