The launch of the new group coaching program, called “Crush Your New Year’s Resolutions,” coincides with the beginning of the new year. According to a recent study by Forbes and the University of Scranton, while roughly 90 million Americans make resolutions each year, only 8% of those individuals actually achieve them.
Dr. Leslie Bosch, founder of Bosch Integrative Wellness, understands that there are many reasons why people fail to attain the goals they so nobly set with the coming of a new year. For instance, she suggests that commonly people know what they want but not why they want it, people don’t believe in themselves sufficiently, and people enter into a negative or defeatist mindset when encountering setbacks.
As such, the wellness firm is proud to launch its new group coaching program, which aids participants in identifying and addressing the causes of their inability to adhere to and follow through on their self-improvement resolutions.
The purpose of the program is to help participants develop greater insight into their behaviors, habits, and aspirations. During the six week program, attendees will discover the ‘big why’ behind their goals and make their goals specific, measurable, and enjoyable.
In line with Dr. Bosch’s wellness mission, the program also centers on emotional wellbeing. The seminars focus on how to manage negative thoughts and emotions as well as how to improve self-confidence and motivation.
Finally, the group setting provides an important source of belonging, support, and accountability.
Interested individuals can sign up for the program online. The program runs for six consecutive weeks beginning on Saturday, the 29th of January and will be delivered remotely through Zoom.
Dr. Bosch is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, who also holds a PhD in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona. All of her programs center around the seven core areas of integrative health: resilience, relationships, spirituality, sleep, nutrition, movement, and environment.
In addition to her new group coaching program, Dr. Bosch provides wellness coaching to individuals in one-on-one sessions remotely.
Dr. Bosch stated, “A New Year’s resolution symbolizes a new chapter in the book of your life. The program aims to address the typical pitfalls that lead to defeat. In so doing, the program increases the odds that participants will enjoy the sweet taste of victory when they crush their wellness goals in 2022.”
