Events at F.A.B.R.I.C. in Tempe, Arizona is expanding its offering to businesses in the metropolitan Phoenix area. Known for hosting fashion events, the unique indoor/outdoor venue has opened its doors for corporate event and meeting space rental.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the various spaces at Events at F.A.B.R.I.C. can accommodate a wide variety of corporate events. Potential uses include presentations, seminars, staff meetings, workshops, product launches, training and celebrations. Planners can select from spaces with the following occupancy:
– Theater: up-to 382 people
– Outdoor courtyard: up-to 200 people
– VIP area: up-to 25 people
– Conference room: up-to 10 people
– Classroom #1: up-to 49 people
– Classroom #2: up-to 49 people
The theater, with seating for over 200, is suitable for corporate presentations, staff meetings, celebrations and other high-occupancy events. The outdoor courtyard and 40-foot buffet table offer options for vendors and/or vendor displays. For smaller gatherings, training and workshops, two classrooms are offered, each with a 49-person capacity. The rooms also provide an area suitable for break-outs based in one of the larger spaces.
In addition to corporate event space, Events at F.A.B.R.I.C. also offers optional equipment including chairs, tables, linens, projectors and catering space. Some equipment may be included with corporate event rentals. For clients who have or contracting an A/V technician, fully integrated event lighting, production and sound is also available.
Events at F.A.B.R.I.C. is centrally located in Tempe, Arizona. Whether guests are coming from Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, or Phoenix, the venue is easily accessed via Interstates 10 and 17, U.S. Route 60, and Loops 101 and 202. Out-of-state event attendees will find Sky Harbor International Airport less than a 15-minute cab ride away.
