(Montreal, QC, April 2020) Author, talented nutritionist and chef Krystelle Gratziani successfully re-launched her book. Her cookbook, “Conscious Cooking – Healthy Recipes for Families Cookbook,” became a best seller on its launch day.

Gratziani studied health, nutrition and natural healing for over a decade. She earned her degree in holistic nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and culinary arts from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. She also completed a health coaching program from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a raw food chef certification in California and a health educator program from the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida.
Krystelle is passionate about holistic health and nutrition and healthy cooking. Her mission is to help and inspire parents to make healthier food choices and cook healthy, balanced meals for their family so they can all be happy and healthy, and enjoy life to its fullest.
Her colorful 336-page hardcover cookbook contains healthy, simple and delicious everyday recipes for the whole family. Most of the recipes are gluten- and dairy-free, and focus on wholesome foods and healthy cooking techniques. It has a variety of health-supportive recipes that include ingredients like pastured eggs, sustainable fish, organic poultry and meat, as well as healthy breakfast, snacks and desserts, flourless baked goods, and much more. There are also vegetarian, vegan and raw food recipes in the book, and most of them contain superfoods.

The variety of meals (some vegan, some not) that are healthy and whole, is what makes this such a great cookbook! I don’t feel limited in pallet! Also, my kids loved the meal which was a plus! Getting a 3- and 5-yr old to eat interesting foods can be a struggle but when it’s so flavorful on the first bite, it’s hard to say no! Very happy with this book! I highly recommend it! – MJ Bellavia
