New to the sandwich menu are these tempting selections:
· Nonna’s Meatball Sub: Nonna Santulli’s meatballs, garlic butter, marinara, fresh mozzarella, sharp provolone, pecorino romano, Sarcone’s Bakery seeded roll (served hot)
· Rotisserie Porchetta: House Porchetta, broccoli rabe, garlic butter, long hots, sharp provolone, Sarcone’s Bakery seeded roll (served hot or cold)
· Torta Milanesa: Chicken cutlet, chipotle mayo, mozzarella, lettuce, vine-ripened tomato, avocado, cilantro, Lost Bread Company ciabatta
· Kimchi Rachel: Rotisserie turkey, house kimchi, Swiss cheese, gochujang mayo, Lost Bread Company deli rye (served griddled and melty)
· Short Rib Grilled Cheese: Braised short rib, caramelized onions, farmhouse cheddar, horseradish scallion butter, Lost Bread Company maple whole grain (served griddled and melty)

“We are incredibly proud of our sandwich selection and these new additions are absolutely must-try sandwiches,” said Chef James Luizza, one of Haddon Culinary’s two chef-owners. “A sandwich is only as good as the bread it’s made with, that’s why we identify the bread and rolls used for each sandwich description on the menu. Some of these new sandwiches are family recipes and others are the result of wonderful experiments. They all have a story and they are all made with the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.”
“One of the best things about the new sandwich menu is it gives new customers even more reasons to discover the foodie’s paradise that our market is,” said Chef Joe Muldoon, Haddon Culinary’s other chef-owner. “We love to see customers come in to pick up a delicious gourmet-quality sandwich for lunch, and walk out with a couple of hand-cut New York Strip from our butcher’s case for dinner. I’m talking about PRIME grade offerings, like you’d find at a steakhouse. Then there’s our 18-foot wall of homemade pot pies, soups, sauces, and dressings. The pair of entrepreneurial chefs both graduated with honors from the prestigious culinary arts academy at Johnson & Wales University. Having honed their skills in the kitchens of some of the country’s top restaurants and culinary operations, both chefs feel that their careers led them on the path to opening Haddon Culinary in Collingswood, NJ.
