Recently launched Audit Suite is a Chicago based PBC request automation platform revolutionizing audit processes to reduce audit risk and cycle times for accounting firms and internal audit departments. With automated workflows and real time views on the status of each PBC request item, the Audit Suite platform ensures that audits are completed more timely and with fewer complexities.
This platform was created with the auditors and clients in mind, in order to make the often-slow audit processes more efficient and easier to manage. “We’re excited to launch the PBC request workflow solution and will continue to work hard on bringing innovation and automation to the audit industry to eliminate bottlenecks and make manual processes relics of the past.” said Audit Suite founder and president, Craig Solowski.
The centralized platform of Audit Suite introduces an easy-to-use tool for audit teams to request and receive the required documents from clients to support their audits. The ability to view request statuses in real-time and improved team collaboration reduces the risk of errors, including sending duplicate requests, omitting requests, failing to validate received documents, and data loss or data retention non-compliance due to the use of multiple storage mediums.
Audit Suite’s Unique Features
Audit Suite’s intuitive automated workflows simplifies the audit documentation request process with standardized alerts and notifications that save auditors hours of sending emails by automatically notifying clients when new documentation requests are added, as well as sending friendly reminders, past due notifications, and alerts when support is received.
All provided documents are able to be quickly downloaded and are easy to organize and share as each document name is prepended with the unique request ID, allowing auditors to quickly trace supporting documents to the request to identify the purpose and source.
Audit Suite includes the ability to set unique permissions for individual requests or entire audits and was developed with online banking equivalent security. Audit Suite is hosted at a SOC 1 and 2 compliant and ISO 27001 Certified data center. The platform is also secured with end-to-end encryption including all data in transit and all data at rest. Users also can enable Multi-Factor Authentication to add an extra layer of security.
Audit Processes Made Easy
Automated workflows, drag-and-drop uploads, streamlined communication, privacy on-demand, import and export functionality, and custom categorization are all key features included in the Audit Suite platform that simplify the process for all parties involved, which leads to improved client relations and employee satisfaction.
With drag-and-drop upload functionality, audit clients can easily and quickly provide requested documentation to support audits. Organizing audit request lists to align with an annual audit plan, special projects and specific clients is simple with Audit Suite’s custom categorization. As a result, it is easy to manage audit request lists and quickly apply filters or search to find a specific request.
No more exchanging countless emails with clients – Audit Suite’s streamlined communication allows you to exchange comments and questions within each request item, subsequently saving time and expediting the audit process. Plus, with a simple onboarding process, Audit Suite can be set up quickly as easily.
