Aspiring career coaches will now have access to an accelerated training program that takes place over 12 weeks. During that time, they’ll get expert instruction on effective coaching practices and become an authority in the career coaching niche.
The program offers a three-step coaching model that allows new coaches to create flexible home-based businesses. They will learn how to market their services, attract regular coaching clients, and set their own hours.
In addition, each participant receives instruction on how to find work in today’s job market. They’ll understand how to craft effective CVs and cover letters, use LinkedIn to find work, and network.
Students can learn how to negotiate promotions and salary discussions and create job search action plans. By the end of the course, they’ll be able to share these skills with their clients and help them navigate career transitions.
After graduation, participants should secure their first 10 clients. Each student will receive a career coaching certification that proves they have completed 50 hours of practice.
