As part of Dean Rooke & Paul Stokes’ ongoing effort to improve brokerage services offered to clients, the Cardiff real estate team has moved to a new brokerage firm, Harcourts JADE Properties, located in The Lofts at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas.
Rooke & Stokes are California-licensed real estate professionals with more than 30 years combined experience helping buyers and sellers throughout North San Diego County Coastal. Harcourts has more than 750 offices including 28 in California and others in Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Australia, New Zealand, China, South Africa, Fiji, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Zambia. Harcourts was established in 1888 and specializes in residential and commercial property sales and property management services.

Stokes brings more than 20 years marketing experience including advertising, direct mail, graphic design, public relations, website development, and social and mobile marketing. In addition, Stokes has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1990.
Rooke has an extensive sales background and has owned several businesses in North County. Rooke has also been a licensed Realtor since the mid-1990s.
This new partnership will help Rooke & Stokes better focus on Cardiff area properties including Cardiff Composer District, Walking District and Cardiff Village, as well as Cardiff ocean view homes and condos and Cardiff properties west of I-5.
While the team focuses on Cardiff By-the-Sea properties, there is also a special focus on neighboring communities Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas and Leucadia.
