Bristol Block Driveways, based in Bedminster, has been nominated by one of it’s customers to take part in the top-ten of the Construction and Engineering Awards 2015. Build-News.co.uk confirmed their nomination this morning.
Their nomination is in the category of “Design and Architecture” and follows the completion of magnificent public garden on the private estate of a famous celebrity. The garden is opened to the public on bank holidays and is also used for charity events throughout the summer months, with one big Gala Christmas Ball each year. The nomination was made by the estates manager (with the owners permission) to guard the privacy of the estate. Rob Jones, estate manager, commented “For a job as big as this we knew that we had to use someone on top of their game and Tim Thorson and his team certainly proved to be at the peak of their profession. The job was finished ahead of time and no issue was too ibg a problem for them.”
