As a bilingual sales development representative, each day at TTEC will be varied and interesting. Key responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify possible new customers, qualifying leads and handling the initial contact with potential new customers; utilizing strong product and brand knowledge, as well as smart negotiation and sales strategies, in order to close deals; keeping accurate records of new customer and client interactions; and working closely with account executives.

Necessary qualifications and skills a new sales development representative will bring to the role include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 6 months of experience, strong decision-making skills, good customer relationship-building skills, creativity and divergent thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
