Notably, one of her proudest was when she passed Florida’s difficult real estate exam on the first try. She had exceptional results on the exam, which is not an easy feat. What makes this moment so pivotal in her life was that it enabled her to excel with clients. “It allowed me to educate and work with clients immediately. My knowledge helps new and current clients make great choices each time they sell or buy a new home; this fact makes me very proud”.

In the same interview, Barbara Tylicka reveals her intentions for the future. The primary goal for the next 12 months, Tylicka states, will be to get more familiar with what my clients want within the real estate market in the Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice and North Port areas.

Looking farther ahead, her aim is to continue to be a leader within the Sarasota area real estate market and ensure clients feel confident purchasing the right home or selling a property at a desirable price.

When asked more personally about how she wants to be perceived and remembered, Tylicka said: “People tell me that they enjoy working with me because I am very honest and trustworthy. I always disclose all the details regarding a property even though it may consequently discourage a potential client from buying the property. I want my clients to be happy, not disappointed with their decision; that’s my main concern. Also, I speak more than one language. I am originally from Poland. I speak English and Polish fluently and communicate in Russian and French.”
