Bankruptcy Attorney Amy Wilburn Joins Lincoln-Goldfinch Law

Lincoln-Goldfinch Law, an immigration and bankruptcy firm, welcomes the newest addition to their team, Bankruptcy attorney Amy Wilburn.

Lincoln-Goldfinch Law, an Immigration and Bankruptcy Firm, announced that Amy Wilburn has joined them as the newest addition to their team of Bankruptcy attorneys.

Ms. Wilburn grew up in Oregon and eventually moved to Puget Sound to pursue a bachelor’s degree in French. She graduated in 1994 and soon after, in 1995, she obtained a Master of Arts from the University of Puget Sound. She became a French teacher, teaching students from Grades 7-12.

In 2009 she left teaching to work as a paralegal for a bankruptcy attorney. She fell in love with the law and went on to enroll in the Seattle University School of Law. She went to law school while working as a bankruptcy paralegal and raising her two young children. She eventually received her degree in 2014. She was admitted to the Washington State bar the very next year. In October 2016, Amy was recognized as pro bono volunteer of the month by the King County Bar Association. She was also a member of the low bono incubator in 2016 under the sponsorship of Seattle University School of Law.

She joins Lincoln-Goldfinch Law to bring her experience and knowledge in Bankruptcy, and to help the firm’s clients navigate the ins and outs of bankruptcy. She enjoys seeing her clients break free from debt and achieve financial stability. During her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Henry and Zoe. She loves exploring new places for hiking and tries to watch Seahawks and Mariners games whenever time permits.
