Azure Active Directory Design, Implementation Services For Cloud Systems Updated

Share this news:

Azure IAM is now offering directory design and implementation advisory services as part of their broader cybersecurity consultancy.

-- This newly updated service is intended to help businesses and private organizations create intuitive, well-organized data structures. They specialize in custom implementation and are capable of building these directories using an organization’s existing Microsoft Azure or Sailpoint infrastructure.

A well-maintained directory has been said to be the foundation of good cybersecurity practices, as data that is well-organized is easier to account for and therefore easier to protect. To that end, Azure IAM is capable of using modern software tools to create cloud-based and on-premise directories to the specifications of the client.

Microsoft Azure includes a pre-built directory service in their basic package, but managing those tools without the proper knowledge or experience can be notoriously difficult. Azure IAM is capable of implementing Azure Active Directory, or Azure AD, as the basis for an organization’s cybersecurity and data management operations.

Their implementations are intended to function as a point of connection for other services on a given network, allowing administrators a top-down view of the security ecosystem from a single point of access. From there, MFA and access management tools may be added to a given network including passwordless verification systems like the Authenticator app.

A spokesperson stated, “Our company will help you focus on your core business and increase your productivity with an integrated identity management system that secures your primary asset, that is, your users, both on-premise and in the cloud. The user identity is the new perimeter, and it is the asset to secure and protect against password spray, social engineering, phishing, impersonation, and other sophisticated attacks.”

Processes that can be managed through Azure AD include facility services, LDAP applications, human capital management, and database maintenance. Each of these processes can be carried out on-premise and then instantly synched with cloud services through AD Connect, the application’s cloud component.
