Champions of cutting-edge technology, Home Robot have launched the new product to enable householders and companies in small and medium-sized business premises to save time and reduce weekly outgoings.
The HOBOT-298 is a robotic device equipped with an ultrasonic water spray that nebulizes the water creating a fifteen micrometer, fine, dense mist. Fifteen micrometers is approximately one-tenth of the width of a human hair, a size that enables dust to be effectively removed while avoiding leaving unsightly watermarks on the glass.
A powerful vacuum ensures the HOBOT adheres to the glass surface, while the suction created also assists the removal of dust and impurities from the surface. The ingenious auto-adjusting pneumatic pad constantly alters the force applied between the caterpillar treads and the cleaning cloth to ensure dirty glass or glass with irregular patterning is still efficiently cleaned.
The replaceable microfibre cleaning cloth is 24cm x 24cm and the machine is capable of cleaning one square meter in 2.4 minutes, making it an ideal tool for large areas of glass such as restaurant and shop windows.
The HOBOT robot works well on frameless windows being equipped with a laser sensor that enables precise measurements to be taken for distance and height. Fitted with a 4m lead which helps when cleaning large surfaces, the machine can also operate at a considerable distance from the power outlet.
Bluetooth remote control and auto-edge detection supply the finishes to this state-of-the-art home-help robot.
