Bill Hargenrader, co-author of the upcoming book “Love, Forgive, Never Give Up: How to Turn Tragedy Into Triumph, Adversity Into Advantage, and Take Your Life to the Next Level” announced a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for the book from November 21st through December 23rd. The book is based on the lessons he learned from his three yearlong wrongful imprisonment in a mental institution as a boy. The Kickstarter campaign can be found at http://LoveForgiveNeverGiveUp.com

When Bill was 8 years old, one of his 5 brothers set fire to the house. No one was injured, but Bill received the blame and he was sent to a mental institution for 3 years. “I’ll never forget my first night in the padded cell, crying myself to sleep, hoping that someone would come save me. I woke up the next day and realized that no one was coming. It was up to me to figure a way out,” said Bill Hargenrader

The book is based on three lessons that helped Bill survive and thrive despite the tragic case of mistaken identity. Those three lessons are based on the power of Love, Forgiveness, and Never Giving up. Bill realized his parents sent him away out of love, even though they were mistaken. Bill forgave them and his brother who set the fire, which allowed them to heal. And the final lesson on never giving up is what allowed Bill to persevere despite the challenges.

Since then, Bill has gone on to serve in the Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom III, after 9/11. He had a successful fifteen year career as a cybersecurity professional, and became a motivational speaker helping others take their life to the next level. “I never would have been able to get to where I am today if I gave up on myself back then, or at any point during the healing process. Now I want to help others overcome whatever obstacles they are facing,” said Bill Hargenrader.

The book will feature over 33 chapters on ways to practice more love, forgiveness, and perseverance in life every single day. Each chapter teaches a powerful in depth lesson, provides example stories and case studies to show how to apply it, and is complete with a Take Action section to get started right away. He is co-authoring the book with his wife, Daniele Hargenrader.
