Among the new menu items, the Reuben Bratwurst Dinner stands out, with two charbroiled bratwurst sausages stuffed with corned beef and Swiss cheese. Served on a bed of house-made sauerkraut, this dish fuses classic German and American flavors.
For those looking to enjoy something light yet satisfying, the Rainbow Trout Almandine offers a gluten-free option with a butterflied and deboned whole trout, pan-fried with lemon butter and potato almond breading.
The Spring Lamb Loin Chops bring meaty flavor to the menu with three tender New Zealand T-Bone lamb chops, seared and served Jager Style, topped with mushrooms and golden onions.
