Andrea Bocelli Tickets Go on Sale Soon for New Dallas Dates

World renowned tenor Andrea Bocelli has added new dates for his extended winter tour this fall. The singer is currently on a World Tour that hits at least three continents in the next three months.


Andrea Bocelli, world-renowned tenor and performer, announced earlier this week that he will be returning to the U.S. for a limited run of winter dates after the European and Asian leg of his current world tour. Bocelli is currently scheduled to play five summer dates in the U.S. beginning with a June 1 appearance at Seattle’s Key Arena. The singer will then hit the world circuit for shows in Italy, London, Dublin, Glasgow and Brazil returning to the U.S. for the December shows.


The current world tour is in support of Bocelli’s latest studio album, Cinema, which was released last fall. The new album features the renowned tenor singing classic movie theme songs, including the themes from Dr.Zhivago, The Godfather, Life Is Beautiful and Love Story. It also features highlighted duets with current pop superstars Ariana Grande and Nicole Scherzinger. Shows on the Bocelli world tour feature selections from Cinema, as well as the singers trademark arias, crossover hits and love songs.


The U.S. leg of Bocelli’s summer tour kicks off with a show at the Key Arena in Seattle, WA. He will then play Los Angeles and San Jose, California, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Rosemont, Illinois before returning to his overseas tour. The singer, who first came to international attention with his hit song, “Con ti Partiro,” which was later re-recorded as a duet with singer Sarah Brightman, and released with the title “Time to Say Goodbye.” The legendary singer has since sold more than 80 million records, and has received numerous honors, including being named Grand Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic and Grand Officer of the Order of Merit of Duarte, Sanchez and Mella for his contributions to world art and culture.
