Rock Springs, Wyoming based semi, truck, and trailer repair company teamed up with the Sweetwater County YWCA to provide two deserving Wyoming families with a holiday to remember after a difficult year.

Aaron’s Semi Repair, a full-service preventative truck maintenance and semi repair center located in Rock Springs ended 2020 by giving back. “2020 was such a difficult year for so many families,” said Nicole Ledford, who owns and operates the semi repair business with her husband Aaron Ledford.

“We wanted to help lift up our neighbors, bring smiles to children, and encourage others not to give up hope. We decided that adopting a couple of families through the YWCA would be a great way to lend a helping hand.”

The experience was rewarding for Aaron Ledford as well. “It felt really good to make sure these families – especially the children—had gifts. We’re a family-owned business, so knowing that we were helping make a difference in the life of other families was a great experience.”

For more than 15 years, Aaron’s Semi Repair has provided semi repair within a 150-mile radius of Rock Springs. “We’re open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day,” said Aaron. In that time, the full-service semi repair company has repaired more than 21,500 big rigs.

“We work very hard to provide a vital service to the trucking industry,” said Nicole. “The COVID-19 pandemic reminded the entire nation just how essential truck drivers are, in getting necessary supplies where they are needed. Our job at Aaron’s Semi Repair is to do our part to keep those supplies flowing, by keeping semis, trucks, and trailers on the road.”

With an experienced team of certified mechanics, Aaron’s Semi Repair has everything they need to keep trucks on the road. The company boasts the latest diagnostic equipment and performs full truck and trailer repair. “We do it all here,” said Aaron. “From electric system repairs to engine overhauls to drive axles, we’ve seen and fixed it all. We also provide regular maintenance and fleet service DOT inspections.”

Aaron’s Semi Repair stocks parts for most major and minor repairs. “Our tech team has more than 40 years of combined experience, and we always ensure that each truck is serviced correctly while maintaining any manufacturer’s warranty,” Aaron explained.

The Ledfords’ efforts to provide everything semi-truck drivers need has paid off. Aaron’s Semi Repair boasts a 4.7 rating on Google. “Providing excellent customer service, is as important as providing excellent repair work,” said Nicole.

Continuing she said, “We’re grateful to all of the drivers over the years, who have trusted us with their rigs. For those who keep coming back, we offer a Frequent Repairs Reward Program to show our thanks. We also choose to pay it forward, by giving back to our local communities, through opportunities such as adopting families for the holidays.”
