People looking for mind-blowing deals or a fun place to do some Christmas shopping for friends and family? If the answer is “yes” to either of the questions, it can be accomplished both by attending the 4th Annual Deeds to Seeds Auction Fundraiser at His Thousand Hills on November 4, 2016. It is an opportunity for guests to enjoy a wonderful evening and sow a financial seed into this charitable organization.
The event will commence at 6:00 pm sharp, with a hors d’oeuvres dinner buffet, by donation and silent auction in the dining hall, followed by the traditional auction in the large meeting room below the dining hall at 6:45 pm. Upon arrival, guest may participate in the dinner buffet prepared by His Thousand Hills chef, bid on silent auction items and casually peruse the items that the camp will be auctioning off throughout the evening. Event coordinator, Julia Moss says, “Doors officially open at 5:30 for early bird shoppers that want to get a good seat and get a sneak peek at all the items that will be up for auction! This is our fourth year holding this event and it has become increasingly more and more popular!”
Great exposure for local businesses that donate products or services. Each item and deed that is donated is then turned into a financial seed for the ministry through the auction.
Full details on the event can be found on the organizations website at Deeds To Seeds Auction
His Thousand Hills will be auctioning off gift cards and merchandise donated by local businesses and restaurants, a romantic overnight at a local hotel, a 3-hour limousine ride/evening on the town, a Benedict’s Bus voucher, baked goods, photo sittings, anytime ski lift ticket vouchers, gift baskets and many other items you will not want to miss.
The opportunities for bidders to take home a great deal are endless and this is the perfect time to be thinking ahead for the Christmas season! Get that Christmas shopping done and cross that off the shopping list! There is no better place to do that than at the 4th Annual Deeds to Seeds Auction Fundraiser. “Bidders will only go away with a great deal and every penny goes straight into this local ministry that serves the entire community and beyond, in countless ways!” says, Todd Moss, His Thousand Hills Executive Director.
